In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our SA State Centre Support, connecting seamlessly with Centre Network leaders, team members, and national stakeholders. You’ll enhance our office environment, streamline systems for peak efficiency, and spearhead exciting event planning and project work that aligns with our State and National goals.

Your Impact: 

• Provide administrative support to the State Management team, including filing, records management, and maintenance of databases.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the Centre Support Office, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment and planning and coordination.
• Organise state events and projects, coordinating meetings and seminars for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as maintenance contractors, suppliers, and government departments.
• Manage customer service inquiries from internal and external customers through various communication channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of organisational information and records.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.

You’ll bring to the table: 

• Previous work experience in a business-related environment
• Completion of Secondary Education
• Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Office 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of organisational information
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• Previous experience within the Early Learning sector (desirable)
• Completion of Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
