The Regional Director’s role will manage, influence, and develop a high performing team. The team consists of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Coordinators, across a portfolio of services.

About the role

Reporting to the VIC General Manager, the Regional Director will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operational plans across a portfolio of services. With a focus on compliance, service excellence, and contract retention, you will drive growth while fostering a culture of purpose-driven leadership:

Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas:

• Direct management of key accounts
• Team of direct reports including Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Mobile Coordinators
• State and national government bodies (regulators) JAG Australia
• Executive team
• JAG group finance
• Business development managers
