Join Goodstart Early Learning as a Commercial Business Lead!
Leverage your data analysis skills to drive business improvements and support our State Manager and Performance Leads in meeting key state targets. Your expertise in budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring will be instrumental in shaping our state's success.

Your Impact:

You'll provide insights for strategy development, business planning, and end-of-year analysis through budgeting, forecasting, modelling, and presenting business cases. As an active member of the State Leadership Team, you'll review performance data, identify conflicts, and offer strategic analysis to ensure the state delivers on all required targets.

You'll contribute to property recommendations, support national initiatives, and lead the state's annual performance and budget planning. In addition, you'll assist with strategic projects, continuous improvement, and grant management. Your role will also involve providing commercial support to centres when requested, as well as delivering business acumen training and support to help centres thrive.

Your contributions will extend to marketing strategies and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvements and ensuring our state’s success.

You’ll bring to the table:

• A relevant tertiary, business-related qualification or similar
• Demonstrated experience managing business processes or projects with multiple-stakeholders
• Business management experience in a line or centre-based role in multi-site or occupancy driven operations, e.g., Retail, Hospitality, Childcare etc. (desirable)
• Highly advanced excel and financial modelling skills
• SAP BI and Webi experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to collaborate and influence various stakeholders from across the business to drive an outcome through great communication and high attention to detail.
• valid Working with Children Check Card (relevant to state or territory)
