Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Senior Property Analyst to join our team in this critical role. Reporting to the National Network Planning Manager, you will play a key role in strategically shaping and optimising our portfolio to support our growing network. The Senior Property Analyst role will establish and deliver accurate property data, insightful reporting and comprehensive analysis to support informed investment decisions.

Your Impact:
- Assisting in delivery of the strategic property plan
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver investment advice on network expansion, divestments, acquisitions, and development opportunities
- Production and enhancement of property reporting using Power BI and predictive analytics
- Utilise advanced modelling techniques to provide market forecasts and data analysis.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve decision making
- Utilising BI tools to develop and deliver meaningful insights into our portfolio
- Prepare and present business case reports to key stakeholders.
- Participate and contribute to commercial and social based decision-making utilising advanced analysis techniques.
- Providing recommendations and interpretations to Senior Management on market and commercial property data.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI and other data tools, with a strong track record of creating and maintaining dynamic, actionable reports.
- Strong grasp of data analysis and visualisation principles.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience in predictive modelling and forecasting.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- GIS mapping software experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to undertake domestic travel if required.
