Reporting to Head of People, The Investigative Authority position acts as the point of contact for allegations into a range of workplace matters pertaining to Child Harm. As part of the wider People and Culture team the role ensures procedural fairness in following our investigations policy that delivers well-reasoned outcomes.
Responsible for providing advice, guidance and support by connecting Goodstarters and leaders to the tools and resources required to make informed decisions. You will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the child safe panel where matters are discussed and determined for outcomes.
