About the role:
We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the National IR/ER Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of timely and accurate advice and support to the business regarding performance, industrial and employee relations matters.
This role primarily acts to deliver generalist People and Culture activities and coaching, with specific focus on advising employee and industrial matters and People and Culture policies, education and processes across the business to minimise risk.
