What we’re looking for

A high-energy, dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a positive attitude to work within our group of fun and supportive Area Managers. You will thrive in our environment where creativity, collaboration, and a sense of enjoyment are highly valued.

This position is responsible for ensuring strong financial sustainability, compliance, and growth of AEG’s centres within their designated area/s, through the provision of effective and professional leadership.

As an Area Manager you will have clear responsibilities under six key result areas – quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development (6-point centre plan). If you are passionate about bringing out the best in your people, then this is the role for you!

The role

You will work extensively with Centre Managers offering coaching and assistance, aiming to achieve optimal business results and positive outcomes for all children. In this role, some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

Provide mentoring and guidance on the Early Years Framework to Centre Managers to ensure that all staff are developing and delivering relevant programs that cater to all children.
