We’re working with a beautiful, community-focused early learning centre in Bridgeman Downs that’s looking for their next passionate Early Childhood Teacher

About the Role

• Full-time, permanent ECT position in the Kindergarten room
• Up to 32 children enrolled, with busiest days reaching around 28
• You’ll be joining a team of qualified and experienced ECTs and diploma educators
• Weekly programming time provided
• Support from off-the-floor leadership team

This role is replacing a long-standing educator who’s moving into another profession — so you’ll be stepping into a well-established room with solid routines and great team culture.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education OR currently studying and close to graduating
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
• Valid QLD Blue Card
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong passion for early years education
• Availability Monday to Friday
