About the Role:
In this non contact 2IC role, you will Support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets.  You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space  In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children and team members. 

Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new state-of-the-art facility! The service consists of 6 stimulating learning studios to inspire 89 children.  We have a staff retreat area and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond. This location is perfect for our team and families with access to a gym, Pilates, medical and great food selections in walking distance and public transport right at the door.

What you’ll need:

• Diploma in Children's Services
• Minimum 1 years experience in a current Second in Charge role
• Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, 
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training..
• Confidence when communicating with all levels of management.
• A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
