Childcare Jobs - Support office, Casual - St Leonards NSW, Australia

Casual Workforce Coordinator role:

• 0.6 FTE - 24 hours per week
• Work 24 hours across 3 or 4 days (Monday - Thursday)
• 1 or 2 days WFH available 
• Morning coverage working from 6:30am – leaving your afternoons free!

The responsibilities include:

• Coordinate casual staff across our campus network in NSW, VIC & QLD to support with short and medium term workforce needs
• Engage with and build relationships with campus leadership, operations and support teams
• Support with the assistance, management and development of casual team members 
• Contribute to the implementation and development of casual workforce strategies
• Liaise with external agency partners 

About you:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
• Experience managing the needs of a variety of stakeholders
• Experience with handling sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of the early childhood industry desirable
