Exceeding Council Service - Director Nominated Supervisor

• Location: Eastern Suburbs 
• Employer: ANZUK Education in partnership with a Local Council run service
• Type: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours a week 
• Qualification: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent) + NESA Accreditation 
  
  

The Role: 

Work in a friendly and community-focused service where the children and families are at the heart of what you do. The centre is well-established in the local community, having served Eastern Suburbs families for over 40 years. 
As a non-teaching role, your focus will be on mentoring and supporting your friendly and longstanding team of 20, in order to deliver an exciting and enriching educational programme. 
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the centre, including maintaining enrolments through retention and attraction of new families.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equiv.) 
• NESA Accreditation
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience
• Multisite management experience (15+)
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
• Valid WWCC check 
• Valid Police check
• Minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
