The opportunity

Based in Brisbane and reporting to the CEO with responsibility for a small but specialised team, the Head of Safeguarding, Compliance and Pedagogy will:

• Contribute to the strategic direction of a collaborative and engaged executive team
• Oversee national regulatory compliance and safeguarding practices
• Embed curriculum frameworks aligned with global best practice
• Lead engagement with state and federal regulatory bodies
• Drive partnering activities to support operational alignment to safeguarding, quality and pedagogical best practice

 
About you

A strong, influential leader with a passion for quality education and child safety. You bring:

• Deep knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and regulatory frameworks
• A track record of driving quality, compliance or regulatory excellence in education settings
• Expert communication skills along with experience engaging stakeholders across government and industry
• Passion for the lifelong impact of the first five years for children
• A strategic, flexible mindset with a hands-on approach to implementation
