Western Sydney University Early Learning has services situated on the grounds of Western Sydney University Campus, located in Blacktown, Campbelltown, Parramatta, Penrith and the Hawkesbury Areas.
This is a full-time contracted position to start immediately, (38 hours per week) at Western Sydney University Early Learning Campbelltown, located on the grounds of the Campbelltown campus in Campbelltown.

To be a successful applicant you must have;
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Early Childhood (or equivalent)
- DEC approved child protection certification
- First Aid including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Previous experience working in an education and care service
- Working with Children Check clearance and number for verification
- Ability to fulfil the requirements of a Responsible Person in Charge
- Knowledge of current regulations, Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of overall health and safety regarding education and care services
- Experience working with policy and procedures and being actively involved in their review
- The ability to take a lead role in delivering a high-quality curriculum, using a collaborative approach
- A passion for learning and intentional teaching of children aged birth to 6 years
- A desire to form strong partnerships with children and families
- An understanding of the principles of anti-discrimination, staff and student equity and the willingness and capacity to implement equal employment opportunity and workplace health and safety plans, policy and programs
- Be registered with NESA for teacher accreditation
- Involvement in ongoing current training programs
- Involvement in the preparation and assessment under the National Quality Standard
- Strong leadership skills
