Position: Centre Director

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards, building strong relationships with the children, families and wider community.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- WWCC
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
- Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS framework
- Previous experience in a leadership position (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and passion
