Leadership in education and care is more than a title – it’s about influence, inspiration and impact. The Leadership Conference 2025 is designed for leaders in early childhood education and out of school hours care (OSHC) who are ready to lead with purpose, confidence and connection.

Hosted by Community Child Care Association, the one-day event offers expert insights, peer-led inspiration and practical strategies to enhance leadership, culture and wellbeing across your service.

What to expect
This is a unique opportunity to learn from prominent leaders in sport, psychology, education and policy. Participants will explore current leadership challenges and emerging opportunities, including the role of artificial intelligence in education, cultural responsiveness, and improving staff wellbeing and retention.
