Little Scholars School of Early Learning has proudly announced the recipients of its 2025 Pillar Awards, honouring educators who exemplify the organisation’s core values: Learn, Grow, Inspire, and Contribute.
These awards recognise outstanding team members who have made significant contributions to their campuses and the broader early learning community.
Inspire Award: Yvette Andrews – Burleigh Campus
With 15 years in early childhood education, Yvette Andrews is celebrated for her intentional leadership and commitment to reflective practice.
Yvette’s approach encourages colleagues to deeply consider their impact on young learners.
Yvette shared, “It reminds me that what I’m doing is meaningful and the effort I’m putting in isn’t going unnoticed.”
Grow Award: Brooklyn Rice – Pacific Pines Campus
Brooklyn Rice has demonstrated remarkable professional growth in her role as Lead Educator in the Senior Kindy room.
Over the past six months, Brooklyn has transformed the learning environment into a nurturing space, supported her peers, and built strong connections with families.
Brooklyn reflected, “Winning this award means that my efforts and dedication have been recognised and appreciated.
Learn Award: Kadison Robertson – Ashmore Campus
Kadison Robertson is recognised for her extensive knowledge and eagerness to engage in professional development.
Kadison’s passion for learning inspires those around her, showcasing the magic of teaching through play.
Contribute Award: Hannah Megginson – Parkwood Campus
As a Lead Educator, Sustainability Officer, and 3rd In Charge, Hannah Megginson exemplifies dedication beyond her immediate responsibilities.
Hannah commitment to team support and centre growth has made a lasting impact.
Hannah expressed, “It means so much to be recognised for my hard work and commitment to the children that I care for.”
