Only About Children Little Village Buderim is a 140 place campus located in the heart of Buderim Village at 32 King Street, Buderim. We are on a peaceful one-acre property with views to the ocean and the mountains, centred around the original colonial homestead with seven rooms. 

Campus Director opportunity: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate ECE advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our amazing Buderim service. Our friendly team of educators and passionate Assistant Director look forward to welcoming a new Campus leader. 

You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus'.  

As Campus Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role. 

We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.
