Community Kinders Plus Inc. is an early years management organisation that is responsible for the enrolments and service delivery at 27 kindergartens across three councils. We're a not for profit that prides itself on providing high quality early education.

About the role 

We are seeking experienced and professional Early Childhood Teachers and Educators, including part time and casual staff, to join our team at Community Kinders Plus for 2025.

There are various positions  available.

TEACHERS

BANYAN - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday),  22.5 hours per week

DIPLOMA EDUCATORS

ALDERCOURT - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and a non-contact day),  18.75 hours per week
DELACOMBE - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
ERINWOOD - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and a non-contact day),  18.75 hours per week
ERINWOOD  - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
MONTAGUE PARK - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
MT ELIZA  - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
 

CERTIFICATE 111 EDUCATORS 

(We will consider Diploma educators for these roles, and pay at the Diploma rate as needed)

MT ELIZA  - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
MT ELIZA  - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday),  18.75 hours per week
TYABB - 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
BANYAN FIELDS-  3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and a non-contact day), 18.75 hours per week
TOOTGAROOK - 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday),  18.75 hours per week

 

LUNCH COVER           

ALDERCOURT - 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 12 hours per week
BADEN POWELL - 1 days a week (Thursday) 3 hours per week
BAYVIEW - 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday) 6 hours per week
DELACOMBE - 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 9 hours per week
MT MARTHA - 2 days per week(Monday, Tuesday) 6 hours per week
RIVIERA  - 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) 9 hours per week

 CASUAL POOL

Staff working casually will have the opportunity to work across a number of centres, on a relief and ad-hoc basis.

You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, have strong social skills and be able to be part of a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

We operate under VECTEA , which will determine pay rates and conditions. 

The rate of pay is determined by your years of experience in the industry and your qualification, as per below;

Certificate III qualified (or working towards) educator (level 1)

 Level 1.1 = $23.96 

Level 1.2 = $24.78 

Level 1.3 = $25.56

 Level 1.4 = $25.56 

Level 1.5 = $25.71 

Level 1.6 = $26.74 

Diploma qualified educator (level 2) 

Level 2.1 = $27.14

Level 2.2 = $27.55 

Level 2.3 = $27.96

Level 1 teachers (3-year graduate levels)

Level 1.1 = $35.33

Level 1.2 = $35.33

Level 2 teachers (4-year graduate/accomplished levels)

Level 2.1 = $39.34

Level 2.2 = $40.79

Level 2.3 = $42.29

Level 2.4 = $43.85

Level 2.5 = $45.47
