Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll develop innovative strategies, lead market analysis, and negotiate complex supply contracts. With a focus on not only cost-saving opportunities, but providing added value through effective supplier relationship management, your efforts will directly impact our financial goals and support sustainable growth.

Your Impact:
You’ll lead complex negotiations, build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of contracts that align with our financial and sustainability goals. Through in-depth market analysis, you will uncover opportunities for improvement and sustainability, while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance procurement practices. Your work will ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve cohesive and efficient purchasing practices across the network. By coaching and empowering your team and stakeholders, you will elevate procurement capabilities and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the business while ensuring to always challenge the status quo

You'll bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
3-5 years’ experience in a procurement role responsible for procurement in a large portfolio
Managing procurement processes across multiple categories including commercial negotiations, supplier management, risk mitigation and financial analysis
Sourcing products and services (end to end) to meet a complex and changing business
Building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers
Stakeholder engagement both internal and external
