Winners of annual FDCA Awards to be announced this weekend
The winners of the 2024 Excellence in Family Day Care Awards – an initiative of Family Day Care Australia (FDCA) – will be announced at a Gala Dinner at the Parkroyal Parramatta, Sydney, on Saturday evening.
National Finalists from across Australia will fly into Sydney ahead of the event, with National Winners in the Educator, Coordinator and Service of the Year categories to be presented on the night.
The Excellence in Family Day Care Awards are the only national awards dedicated to recognising achievements of approved providers, leaders and educators in the Family Day Care sector.
“Over 5,000 awards nominations were received for this year’s Awards, a testament to the irreplaceable role of family day care educators and service staff across the nation,” FDCA CEO Andrew Paterson said.
“Family day care plays a critical role in the lives of children, families and communities throughout Australia and these awards celebrate the dedication, professionalism and passion that our members demonstrate every day.”
