December 5, 2024 - December 5, 2024
Studio Five, Level 5, 234 Queensberry Street, Carlton
Over the last three years, the Research in Effective Education in Early Childhood (REEaCh) Centre has been leading the Educational and Developmental Gains in Early Childhood (EDGE) Study.
This study will make an important contribution to understanding the impact of two years of funded kindergarten on children’s learning and development.
As part of the Professional Practices and Learning Experiences (PPLE) domain, the EDGE Study has also collected data about how three-year-old kindergarten has been implemented in practice. We have interviewed EDGE teachers, educators, directors, children and families, preschool field officers and Kindergarten Improvement Advisors about their experiences implementing 3-year-old kindergarten.
We would like to share some of our early findings with you.
