Burgess Rawson’s October portfolio includes both Auction & Expressions of Interest campaigns
Early childhood education and care (ECEC) commercial real estate broker Burgess Rawson will present three freehold childcare opportunities and two expressions of interest (EOI) at its next portfolio campaign to be held on the 26th and 27th of October.
“As we approach the end of 2022 it must be said that despite concerns of the impact of rising interest rates on ECEC freehold property these just have not materialised,” Adam Thomas, Managing Director QLD said.
“A number of important factors such as strong tenure, Government support and a generalised shift away from fixed lease payments are certainly contributing to this outperformance.”
“Our October portfolio is set to be another exciting one with three strong properties on offer alongside two properties for sale via compelling Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaigns. We look forward to once again offering these prime assets to the ECEC freehold investment community.”
October portfolio #156 is as follows:
Melbourne Auction 26th October 2022:
Seacliff, SA – 84 place centre leased to G8 Education trading under the Casa Bambini brand
Mitcham, VIC – 54 place centre leased to Joyful Early Learning Centres
Brisbane Auction 27th October 2022:
Deeragun, QLD – 21 place centre leased to Daisies Early Learning
Expressions of Interest (EOI):
Marsden Park, NSW – 78 place centre leased to Young Academics
Mount Coolum, QLD – 86 place centre leased to Mount Coolum Day Care
The October Auctions will be held in Melbourne and Brisbane at 10:30am, Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th October, respectively.
Bidding is available via phone, online or in-person at Burgess Rawson’s auction rooms at the Crown Casino Melbourne and The Hilton Brisbane.
