AGECS Grants of up to $5,000 on offer to celebrate 100 years of excellence
The Association of Graduates in Early Childhood Studies (AGECS) is celebrating its 100-year anniversary as an organisation in 2022 by offering grants of up to $5,000 available to fund a project that promotes high-quality practice in early childhood.
The grants are available to all early childhood services, including long day care and family day care. Any current AGECS can apply, and those who are not already members can apply for membership, and then apply for a grant before the closure deadline of 28 February.
AGECS is a membership-based, not-for-profit charity providing professional development and networking opportunities for its members working in early childhood services. AGECS members work, or have worked, in the field of early childhood education and care and have significantly contributed to the field in other ways.
The Association has a history of 100 years of philanthropic work, which continues through its establishment of the Foundation of Graduates of Early Childhood Studies.
Applying for a grant is simple, with organisers deliberately choosing a process which is simple and less time consuming than typical grant applications. Follow this link to access the application page.
Applications must be submitted electronically by the Google Form link listed above, with the final submission date for applications being 28 February 2022.
