Burgess Rawson confirms November auction schedule with 12 ECEC sites featuring

Following the new format of three consecutive auctions introduced in September, the November campaign will be held over the 9th, 10th and 11th of the month across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne respectively.
“This is the largest line-up of childcare assets we have ever brought to market,” National Head of Agency Adam Thomas said. “ l can comfortably say they are the best childcare investments to hit the market this year.”
“The key attributes that investors are looking for in childcare assets are all there, including long leases of up to 20 years; 3 per cent to 4 per cent annual rent increases; and highly reputable operators. These are well run services and, in many cases, they boast 100 per cent occupancy and extensive wait lists.”
