Date set for next Burgess Rawson auction with five ECEC centres listed

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its next portfolio auction will see five ECEC centres come up for sale.
The auction, to be held on 12 May at Crown Casino, Melbourne, will be the third held this year and is expected to continue the strong run of results experienced thus far in 2021.
Burgess Rawson Director and Child Care specialist Adam Thomas shared his excitement about the prospects of another strong auction, especially given the quality of the centres to be included.
“In this portfolio, we have three centres in Victoria, one in Queensland and one in Western Australia with all of them leased to high quality ECEC providers. With the fundamentals of the sector remaining strong and with an increase in the number of investors willing to make cross border transitions we anticipate another very busy auction.”
The following centres will feature in the auction:
- 72 licence place centre in Balcatta, WA currently leased to Nido Early School
- 68 licence place centre in Manunda, QLD currently leased to Goodstart Early Learning
- 92 license place centre in Noble Park, VIC currently leased to Story House Early Learning
- 110 licence place centre in Truganina, VIC currently leased to One Early Education Group
- 168 licence place centre in Williams Landing, VIC currently leased to Explorers Early Learning
The auction will be held at the Crown Casino Melbourne from 10:30am EDT on 12 May 2021.
