Burgess Rawson October auctions to include seven ECEC freeholds across five states
Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its October 2024 auction will include seven centres at auction alongside one EOI opportunity.
“As we move towards the end of 2024 it is fair to say that the resilience of ECEC freeholds as an asset class has been very impressive,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“Assets brought to auction have fared extremely well and we expect our penultimate auction for 2024 to see strong interest and results for the seven freeholds we have on offer.”
The Burgess Rawson October portfolio auction campaign sees a selection of high quality assets leased to leading early learning providers such as Goodstart Early Learning, G8 Education and Affinity Education Group.
