Willoughby Council welcomes Heritage House to operate Devonshire Street
Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning was endorsed as the successful provider for the Devonshire Street Childcare Centre at a Council Meeting of Willoughby City Council on 22 July 2024.
The council resolved to approve the granting of a lease for Devonshire Street Childcare Centre for the purpose of operating a Long Day Care service.
Heritage House is a family owned and operated approved provider who has been in the early childhood sector for over 28 years.
“The Devonshire Street Childcare Centre has a dedicated team with a strong local reputation, and Heritage House appreciates that high-quality care for children comes from great educators. They look forward to a seamless integration with the existing team,” a statement from the Council notes.
Heritage House has assured the Council that the care for all families currently enrolled will continue without disruption. In turn Heritage House has committed to maintaining the existing fee structure for the foreseeable future, adjusting fees only when absolutely necessary to provide certainty and stability for families.
Council is required to publicly notify residents of the intention to enter into a lease arrangement with Heritage House, a process which is currently underway.
