SDN Children’s Services appoints Joy Edwards as the Head of People and Performance

SDN Children’s Services has appointed Joy Edwards as the New South Wales based Group’s new Head of People and Performance.

Ms Edwards joins SDN with over twenty years experience in a broad range of different roles including human resources strategy, governance, industrial relations, organisational development and design across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.  

“Joy is passionate about her role at SDN and aims to design People and Performance practices to create a culture where team members are “educated, engaged, challenged and connected,” the Group noted on social media. 

“She believes that when team members are motivated and happy, it reflects positively on children’s wellbeing, learning and development  and looks forward to planning innovative approaches to attract, develop, support and retain our valuable talent at SDN.”

Ms Edwards commenced her role effective February 2024.
