Momentum picking up as fourteen centres offered at upcoming Burgess Rawson auction
Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its March 2024 auction will include five centres at auction alongside a comprehensive list of EOI candidates.
“As 2024 starts to get more meaningfully underway we are thrilled to be in a position to present an exciting mix of auction and EOI opportunities at our upcoming portfolio auctions,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“As we signaled earlier in the year there appears to be a degree of “yield sharpening” underway which although encouraging, is not a great surprise to us given the tremendous fundamentals that underpin the ECEC commercial real estate space.”
The Burgess Rawson March portfolio auction campaign sees a selection of high quality assets leased to leading early learning providers such as Young Academics, G8 Education, Story House, Guardian and more.
