Burgess Rawson presents twelve high quality ECEC freeholds for September auctions

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed that its September auction campaign will feature twelve high quality freeholds for sale.
“We are once again pleased to offer such a wide range of freehold opportunities in our upcoming September auction series,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“Despite a significant consensus that 2023 would be a tough year for early education assets, it has turned out to be nothing of the sort. 2023 has seen robust demand with yields showing little sign of backing up, despite unprecedented interest rate rises.”
The following opportunities are presented for the upcoming portfolio auction campaign:

Blue Haven, NSW – 70 place centre currently leased to Goodstart Early Learning
Meadowbank, NSW – 31 place centre leased to Happy Faces
Cowra, NSW – 43 place centre leased to Little Kindy
Seven Hills, NSW – 90 place centre leased to Guardian
Taylor, ACT – 110 place centre leased to Taylor Childcare
