Mayfield announces Chris Hayes as new Chief Financial Officer

Mayfield Childcare has confirmed Chris Hayes as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective immediately as the Group continues to deliver on a broader commitment to raise corporate and financial governance capabilities. 

 

Mr Hayes will join Mayfield with a broad range of experience including most recently asChief Commercial Officer at ASX listed Spirit Technology Solutions and prior to that as the Group CFO and Company Secretary of ASX listed Oncard International. 

 

“Mayfield is thrilled to welcome Chris to the Company’s senior leadership team. Chris brings to Mayfield a unique skill set of deep commercial and financial expertise,” Ashok Naveinthiran, Mayfield’s Chief Executive Officer said. 

 

“Over the past six months the Company has been diligently working through an extensive remediation and reinvestment plan to rebuild its foundations following the prior period issues announced earlier in the year.”

 

“Chris’s appointment brings to the company a strong technical and commercial background reflecting the Boards continued commitment to investing in Mayfield’s financial governance capabilities.” 

 

Mr Hayes will replace Glenn Raines, its long-standing Chief Financial Officer, who tendered his resignation and stepped down from his position in May 2023.
