Burgess Rawson’s upcoming portfolio auction features five high quality ECEC centre freeholds
Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed that its second portfolio auction of 2023 will feature five high quality freeholds across three states and territories.
“2023 has started well for essential service assets with continued demand having been maintained throughout the recent historic upwards moves in interest rates,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“The resilience of the ECEC sector’s freeholds is an excellent example where the desire to own strong tenure, long duration leaseholds has more than outweighed short term cost of capital concerns.”
“With evidence beginning to mount that interest rates may be close to a peak we anticipate demand to step high once again and look forward to the outcomes of next week’s auction.”
“In our first auction of 2023 we will be offering five high quality, long tenure and well located ECEC centres for sale. We anticipate demand to be robust and will look forward to sharing the results after the event.”
Burgess Rawson’s 159th portfolio auction will take place across three locations on the 28, 29 and 30 of March.
