Providers of three-year-old funded kindergarten programs in Victoria have been reminded to get their orders in for the popular Kinder Kit program, the coordination of which which is being outsourced to Bao&Co for 2023.
Children participating in three-year-old funded kindergarten programs are eligible for a kit, along with children in their first year of Early Start Kindergarten (ESK) and Access to Early Learning (AEL).
Four-year-olds in funded kindergarten programs and three-year-olds only enrolled in long‑day‑care programs are not eligible to receive a Kinder Kit.
While Bao&Co has been busily contacting all eligible services over the last month by phone and email to confirm their Kinder Kit order details, some services have yet to submit their details via a confirmation email, which must be received by today, Friday 16 December 2022 to receive the kits at the beginning of Term 1, 2023.
Eligible services that cannot locate their ordering email are encouraged to email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Kit orders can be amended through the Bao&Co ordering portal link in the confirmation email sent to the service. If technical difficulties are being experienced, email [email protected] for support.
Further announcements about the Kinder Kits, including links to additional resources, will be released over the coming months and accessible via www.vic.gov.au/kinderkits
For further information about the kits for 2023, visit Kinder Kits or contact the department by email: [email protected]
