Affinity Education Group celebrates first cohort of Senior Education Leaders

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider Affinity Education Group has celebrated the graduation of its first cohort of Senior Education Leaders (SEL) for 2022.
Nine educational leaders from across Australia participated in a 10 month program which saw them stepping into a senior role to connect, collaborate and grow, acting as mentors to other educational leaders in their area.
Area Managers nominated exceptional leaders from services in their care for the program, which sees SEL’s working closely with Affinity’s education team to help facilitate a community of practice as well as implementing Affinity policy and practice.
“The vision for the SEL Program is to further support the implementation and embedding of Affinity Education’s Education Strategy, as well as optimise educational leadership across our network,” explained Jola Sung, Education Advisor at Affinity Education Group.

- Deborah Aitchinson (Papilio Samford)
