Burgess Rawson to auction seven ECEC centres in the first of two winter campaigns
Early childhood education and care (ECEC) real estate and business broker Burgess Rawson will present seven freehold opportunities at its upcoming portfolio auctions to be held on 21, 22 and 23 June 2022 in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane respectively.
The auctions will be the first of two winter campaigns and follow a string of successful events held over the first half of 2022.
“So far 2022 has exceeded all expectations with regards the number of sites we have had on offer and the prices that are being achieved,” Burgess Rawson National Head of Agency Adam Thomas said.
“With investors still very much focused on sectors with strong fundamentals we anticipate the seven excellent opportunities on offer will be of strong interest to our investor community.”
The centres in the upcoming auctions are:
Sydney auction 21 June 2022:
104 license place centre in Port Macquarie, NSW leased to Smartland Boutique Early Learning
Melbourne auction 22 June 2022:
64 license place centre in Coogee, WA leased to Little Kids Club
120 license place centre in Hughesdale, VIC leased to Paisley Park Early Learning
90 license place centre in Butler, WA leased to Sparrow Early Learning
126 license place centre in Mount Clear, VIC leased to G8 Education
130 license place centre in Lovely Banks, VIC leased to Happy Hippo Kindergarten & Childcare
Brisbane auction 23 June 2022:
80 license place centre in Toowoomba, QLD leased to Grow Early Education
All auctions will kick off at 10.30am at the following venues; Sydney Opera House, Melbourne Crown Casino and the Brisbane Hilton, with bidding online also available.
