Burgess Rawson September auctions set to break records with 13 ECEC sites on offer

August 31, 2021

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its next portfolio auctions will see a record thirteen ECEC centres offered for sale.

The events will be held over three consecutive days across three states to accommodate the size of the overall portfolio of 61 commercial assets to be sold, of which ECEC centres make up just over 20 per cent.

Properties in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia will be auctioned on 28 September, Queensland on 29 September and New South Wales on 30 September.

“In our 46 years of operation, Burgess Rawson has never presented a portfolio auction of this magnitude,” National Head of Agency, Adam Thomas said, “Investors who typically would have channeled their funds into the share market or residential sector are seeing greater stability, and sustainable levels of growth, in commercial assets, including child care centres.”

“It is our expectation that over 30,000 investors are expected to tune into the entirely virtual three day event and we are very excited about the prospects for all of the properties presented.”
