Child Care Central secures top talent for upcoming growth phase

Child Care Central, the Australian child care management software platform, has confirmed the appointment of four new team members as the platform positions for its next growth phase. 

 

All four appointments have extensive experience in the early childhood education and care software space having worked most recently at QikKids, now part of the TSG Group of companies, and have joined Child Care Central, part of the Redbourne Group, with a wealth of relevant sector specific experience and knowledge of Australian Government requirements.

New team members have an immediate impact on business approach

 

The four new team members have a combined 20 years’ experience working in the child care management software space. 

 

The new team members are:

• Chris as Developer
• Talei who has joined as Client Leader
• Joshua is a Customer Service Representative
• Emily adds to the client focussed Customer Support Desk

 

Commenting on his appointment Chris said “It’s terrific that I can use my years working in the early childhood technology sector to contribute towards Child Care Central creating an even better experience for our customers.”

Redbourne’s commitment to growth reflects over 10 years working in the CCMS space

 

Launched in 2007, Child Care Central was the first web based child care management registered software system in Australia for early childhood service providers. 

 

The software platform has continued to evolve to meet customer needs. In 2018 Child Care Central was relaunched as cloud-based with a new core operating system, a raft of new features and streamlined user experience. 

 

“The relaunch in 2018 was an important milestone for Child Care Central. We used the introduction of the new Child Care Subsidy Regulation as an opportunity to upgrade the platform and ensure an intuitive user experience for all of our customers.”
