Two members of the Milestones Early Learning Blair Athol leadership team have been recognised as finalists in local business awards in South Australia.

Centre Manager Xrystine Mirecki has been selected as finalist for “Outstanding Business Person of the Year” and Assistant Centre Manager, Holley Marshall has been selected as finalist for “Outstanding Youth of the Year” in Campbelltown.

Affinity Education Area Manager, Olga Klaassen said both women “show outstanding professionalism and dedication in their roles and consistently goes above and beyond in everything they do.”

Xrystine said that while the nomination was an honour, the service would not be the success that it is without the support of a dedicated educator team.

“I really could not be more thankful for the team at Milestones Blair Athol and the guidance from the Centre Support Office at Affinity Education,” she added.

Ms Mirecki said her team is a continual source of support, trust and encouragement, thanking Ms Klassan for her support also.

Holley shared her experience of working her way through the management tiers with Affinity, having started in the sector as a trainee, and working her way through to being a room leader and then assistant manager.
