The Malek Family Pty Ltd has purchased the rights to develop ten new purpose-built MindChamps childcare centres in New South Wales and Victoria.
The centres, once completed and transitioned to MindChamps, will see MindChamps Australian network grow to 33 centres, providing additional evidence of the Group’s commitment to growing in Australia following the purchase of eight operating centres as well as the opening of the providers first purpose built centre last year.
The Group will partner with seasoned Sydney based ECEC centre developers the Malek Family, headed up by Managing Director Matthew Malek.
Commenting on the partnership David Chiem, Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman of MindChamps said “Our partnership with local property developers who are experts in the childcare sector is a win-win for both parties.”
Mr Malek added “Having successfully built child care centres, we are excited to begin our journey with MindChamps in building state of the art, purpose built MindChamps Early Learning and Preschool centres.”
