Storypark Manage to become Xap as partnership evolves

Xap Technologies, the owner and operator of the Xap child care management system (CCMS), has confirmed that its white label CCMS partnership with family engagement and learning documentation software provider Storypark will soon come to an end.
Storypark Manage, which was launched in 2020 has seen substantial customer growth over the period, will be consolidated into Xap platform with all of the innovation and benefits that underwrote the partnership still available to users.
“We are incredibly proud of what we have jointly achieved with the Storypark team over the last three years and are excited about the next phase of our partnership with Storypark”, Xap CEO, Sean Murphy said.
“This is simply the next phase in the evolution of the Xap and Storypark relationship, designed to better service our joint customers into the future, especially with some of the exciting developments we have planned for the Xap platform over the coming months.”
Xap and Storypark will continue to maintain their partnership, working closely to ensure a tight integration between the two platforms for any Storypark or Xap customers to enjoy.
“Xap and Storypark are committed to continue bringing best in class experiences to thousands of early learning communities across Australia,” Jamie MacDonald, Storypark CEO added.
“This next phase will enable greater focus on delivering deeper and richer experiences through our respective platforms, whilst continuing to provide a seamless integration between Storypark and Xap.”
Both groups have confirmed that current Storypark Manage customers won’t experience any significant difference in the short term, their service will continue as usual but there will be a gradual change to its look and feel as to match that of the Xap portal.
Over time it is understood that Storypark Manage customers will have access to a number of additional Xap features, while still maintaining the integration with their Storypark account.
