Three Koondoola homes in line to be demolished and replaced with ECEC service

Three homes in the Perth suburb of Koondoola are outlined for demolition, to be replaced by a 91-place early childhood education and care (ECEC) service, should the development application, currently open for comment, be approved.
The service, opposite Shevlock Park, is proposed for the corner of Marangaroo Drive and Callison Way and would operate from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. 16 places would be available for children under two years of age, 35 places for children between two and three years of age, and 40 places for children aged between three and five years.
The plans also include 22 on-site car bays, which would be accessed via Callison Way. Feedback is being sought from The City of Wanneroo on the application, which includes an acoustic report and traffic impact statement, prior to the application being passed on to the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel as the decision maker.
