Early learning reimagined: Luxe new centre brings concierge service, coffee and unparalleled care to Brisbane families

A stunning new early learning centre has opened its doors in Brisbane’s Camp Hill, bringing warm architectural design, outstanding care and a full concierge service that eases the load on busy families.
Plaîs Early Learning’s newest location on Old Cleveland Road a purpose-built Centre where every space has been carefully designed to spark imagination, support wellbeing and encourage connected learning is setting a new benchmark for early education in Brisbane and beyond.
Designed to support the whole family, the boutique Centre blends thoughtful design with practical inclusions, from facial recognition entry and no-touch hygiene fittings, to four outdoor play spaces and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The three-level building also includes all-weather sports pitches, movie night area, water park and fairy garden, creating space for learning, rest and discovery.
But it’s the concierge-style service that truly sets Plaîs apart giving parents the option to collect takeaway dinners, drop off and pick up laundry, receive parcel and pharmacy deliveries or simply grab a coffee and breakfast on the go.
Plaîs CEO Scott Coulter said the Centre was built in response to what modern families are asking for care that’s both high quality and thoughtfully considered.
“We know that families today are juggling a lot and the traditional childcare model hasn’t evolved to meet those needs. At Plaîs, we create Centres that support the child, the parent and the rhythm of modern family life,” he said.
“Of course, it starts with the child. Our team’s focus is always on nurturing confident, capable learners who feel safe, supported and known.”
Centre Manager, Samantha Hayden, said that more than design, it’s Plaîs’ approach to learning and care that sets it apart:
“At Plaîs, we take the time to understand each child as an individual, how they learn, what inspires them and what they need to thrive,” she said.
“That personal connection is at the heart of everything we do. As well as preparing children for school, we’re helping them build confidence, curiosity and a strong sense of belonging.”
The Centre also features a full-time paediatric nurse on-site each day to manage children’s health needs, medications and wellbeing, as well as an in-house chef preparing five fresh, allergy-friendly meals and snacks daily, using seasonal ingredients.
Plaîs delivers a play-based curriculum tailored to each child’s individual stage of development, with a strong focus on confidence, curiosity and school readiness in its Kindergarten Room.
The Camp Hill Centre is Plaîs’ second location, following the success of its nearby Abbott Street Centre.
