Early childhood professionals across South East Queensland are being invited to take their seat at the conversation and “Hear Us Roar” at the Moreton Bay Early Learning Conference (MBELC), returning to UniSC Moreton on Saturday, 15 November 2025.
Hosted at one of the region’s most inspiring education venues, this year’s theme Hear Us Roar celebrates the passion, professionalism, and powerful collective voice of the early learning sector. The conference promises a full day of professional learning, networking, and inspiration for educators, teachers, and leaders who are shaping the future of early education.With the support of major sponsors Sesame Lane, University of the Sunshine Coast Moreton Bay, Northside Cleaning Supplies, and TAFE Queensland the MBELC Committee has secured substantial financial backing that helps to keep ticket prices low while delivering a high quality professional learning experience.

Approved Kindergarten providers can consider using Kindy Uplift funding to support their teachers’ attendance at the conference. With sessions focused on pedagogy, wellbeing, inclusion, and quality practice, the MBELC aligns strongly with Kindy Uplift’s goal of enhancing outcomes for children through targeted professional learning. It’s an ideal way for services to invest funding into evidence-based opportunities that build teacher capability and confidence.

This year’s MC is Julie Cross, known affectionately as Sparkles, whose energy and inspirational message will set the tone for a day of empowerment and connection.
