Annual ECEC communication survey now open: Have your say

The Australian Government’s annual communication survey is now open, inviting early childhood education and care (ECEC) professionals to share feedback on how well government information channels are meeting sector needs.
The survey, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete, is designed to help refine and improve communication about policies, programs and support services.
Respondents are encouraged to share their views on:
- the Department’s website
- the weekly newsletter
- the official Facebook group
- explainer videos covering key policy areas
- Geccko, the Department’s online learning platform
- the CCS Provider Helpdesk.
Anyone working in ECEC is welcome to take part, regardless of whether they use these channels regularly or only occasionally. Participants are also encouraged to share the survey link with colleagues to ensure a wide range of perspectives.
All responses are anonymous, and no personal data will be collected.
The survey is now live and can be completed on a computer, tablet or mobile device.
