Tailored for educators, centre leaders, students and sector professionals, the series brings two of the country’s most respected thought leaders Adrian Pattra-McLean and Sandi Phoenix direct to your screen, with no cost and no travel required.

Webinar 1: The 4 Personalities of Educators with Adrian Pattra-McLean

Adrian Pattra-McLean, Education Director at Farran Street Education, introduces a practical framework for self-awareness and team cohesion in early childhood settings.

Webinar 2: Connection over Control with Sandi Phoenix

Sandi Phoenix, founder of Phoenix Support for Educators and creator of The Phoenix Cups framework, invites participants to shift away from traditional behaviour management and embrace a connection-based, trauma-informed approach.

This thought-provoking session introduces three powerful tools educators can use immediately to:
