Homegrown Nature Play and Education aims to offer “a return to an organic model of education” and is the brainchild of Eleanor de Jager, an experienced teacher and playworker.

Homegrown Nature Play and Education offers a variety of programs for children and families, along with educational consultancy and services for mothers who homeschool.

The Playgrow program is a fortnightly all ages playgroup for children (birth to 12 years of age) and their parents which offers “a lovely unstructured morning filled with play and connection at our Homegrown Play base.”

Evergrow is a full day drop-off service which is conducted outdoors. The learning which takes place is both child-directed and play centred.

These programs take place in Rockhampton, Queensland.
