Exceeding rating for G8 Education’s Kindy Patch Eleebana

Kindy Patch Eleebana, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, has been recognised as Exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS) during a recent assessment and rating (A&R) visit.
The service, which is operated by G8 Education, was named as Exceeding in five quality areas, a ranking which centre manager Leah Murray said reflects the dedication and passion of educators within the service.
“(They) work tirelessly to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children,” Ms Murray said, calling the rating a reflection of the service’s consistent and intentional approach to embedding best practices across all aspects of its operations, ensuring that every educator plays a crucial role in providing a quality experience for children.
“By embedding best practice into everything we do, critically reflecting on our approaches, and engaging meaningfully with our families, we’ve built a strong foundation for continuous improvement,” she said.
Community involvement is a core aspect of the centre, she continued, noting that families “are at the heart of everything we do.”
“Their feedback and input is invaluable, and we actively seek to incorporate their perspectives into our programs; this two-way partnership helps us foster a truly inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive.”
