Toddle completes 2021 integration and development roadmap just weeks after acquisition of Care for Kids

In the wake of the acquisition of well known childcare centre search and comparison platform Care for Kids last month, Toddle has finalised it’s integration and development roadmap which will see a range of exciting new product and technology developments rolled out across both platforms in 2021.
The new products will include additional digital marketing applications for centres to use that will complement the platform’s lead generation capabilities with the development build out supported by a just launched recruitment campaign to attract top talent to assist with the upcoming growth.
Toddle founder and CEO, and former realestate.com.au COO, Arthur Charlaftis, said, “It has been just over three weeks since we finalised the purchase of Care for Kids and we have been working incredibly hard to build out our priorities for both of our platforms in 2021 and beyond.”
“At the top of the list is to ensure that the lead generation capabilities and user experience of existing Care for Kids customers is preserved in the short term but is enhanced materially in the medium and longer term.”
“This is one of the outstanding positives that will come out of Toddle acquiring Care for Kids given the extensive experience and capability in child care digital marketing and platform development that is already in the company all of which will now be focused on taking Care for Kids to the next level.”
Toddle announced the purchase of rival platform Care for Kids on 18 December 2020 in a transaction that will see the combined business become the largest destination for families searching for child care in Australia, with in excess of three million visits per year.
The deal, which combines Toddle’s best in class technology stack and user experience capabilities with Care for Kids’ sector leading brand recognition and reach, will create an unparalleled opportunity for service owners and managers to ensure they are reaching the widest audience possible, as often as possible.
Key elements as a result of the two platforms coming together:
- Now Australia’s largest search and compare platform;
- Attracts more than three million visits from Australian parents each year;
- Number one Google search ranking across Australian suburbs;
- Syndications and partnership with leading Australian consumer brands including a realestate.com.au listing partnership;
- A market leading executive team and board with extensive digital, finance and childcare experience
