OWNA, Australia’s leading all-in-one childcare management platform, today announced the acquisition of Juice Technologies, the parent company of Kidsoft, Kangarootime Australia, Smart Central & Infocare (NZ), marking a major milestone in the evolution of early learning technology across Australia and New Zealand.
This acquisition brings together some of the most trusted names in childcare technology under one roof, creating a stronger ecosystem that empowers providers with more choice, faster innovation, and continued stability.Continuity First: No Changes for Customers
For customers across Juice Technologies and OWNA, it’s business as usual.
All platforms will continue to operate independently with the same teams, support channels, and service commitments in place. Existing contracts, pricing and day-to-day operations remain unchanged.
Customers can expect the same trusted experience, now supported by the strength and long-term investment of a larger group focused on growth and innovation across the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.
