Expressions of interest open for round eight of NSW compliance support pathway

Education and care services in NSW are invited to apply for the next round of the Compliance Support Pathway, a free mentoring and professional learning program designed to strengthen regulatory compliance and service systems.
Expressions of interest are now open for Round 8 of the Compliance Support Pathway (CSP), a targeted support initiative designed to help education and care services strengthen compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Delivered through the national Quality Support Program, the CSP provides tailored mentoring and practical resources to support services in reviewing and strengthening internal systems, policies and practices that underpin regulatory compliance and children’s safety.
Round 8 is scheduled to commence on 20 April 2026, with expressions of interest closing on 16 March 2026. Due to limited places, services are encouraged to submit their applications early.
The CSP is designed to help services build a stronger understanding of the National Law and Regulations while embedding sustainable compliance practices across daily operations.
Delivered over up to 10 weeks, the program combines mentoring, guided reflection and practical learning resources to support service leaders and teams to review current practices and implement improvements.
Support available through the program includes:
- up to 10 hours of remote mentoring support
- a digital compliance workbook
- access to a pre-recorded webinar
- a face-to-face visit for up to 75 per cent of participating services
The program encourages services to critically reflect on existing processes and implement strategies that strengthen governance, operational systems and regulatory compliance.
The CSP is available to education and care services located in NSW that have previously experienced instances of non-compliance under the National Law and Regulations.
Services that have participated in earlier rounds of the CSP may apply again if they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
Expressions of interest will be assessed by the NSW Department of Education. Participation will then be subject to a final suitability review by the NSW Early Childhood Education and Care Regulatory Authority, undertaken approximately two weeks prior to the program commencement.
